This is a great, fresh and zingy versatile spring dressing.


1 cup yoghurt

3 cm of grated ginger

2 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp turmeric

Small handful chopped chives

50 ml cider vinegar

2 tbsp honey

Small glug of extra virgin olive oil

pinch sea salt

freshly cracked pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Serve over spring vegetables or a fresh chicken salad.
